How credits work
One credit pays for one AI action on one paragraph. That way the price follows what you use: a museum with ten pieces doesn't pay the same as one with five hundred.

You see the cost before confirming any action, and your balance never goes below zero.

Your plan's monthly credits are used first, then gifted credits, then the ones you bought.

How many credits do you need?
Count your pieces, how many paragraphs each one usually has, and how many languages you want to publish in.

If you record the voices yourself, voice costs nothing: you'd only pay for translations.
Visitors
Every different phone that opens your guide counts once a month, whether it plays one piece or fifty. If the month fills up, you extend it with credits: 100 more visitors for 100 credits, until the end of the month. Ultra is extended on request.
Access codes
If you close your guide, each visitor gets in with a 6-digit code that you hand out. Premium includes codes every month, Ultra has no limit, and on Zero they cost €0.50 per code.
Pricing questions
Do prices include VAT?
No. VAT is added according to your tax details, and every payment produces an invoice you can download from the dashboard.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. Your card is managed in Stripe's secure portal; Muvo never sees it.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrading to Premium takes effect immediately. Switching between monthly and yearly, or from Premium to Ultra, is done in the billing portal.
What if a payment fails?
Stripe retries it and the dashboard lets you know. If it's still unpaid after 14 days, the space moves back to Zero. Nothing is ever suspended or deleted over a failed payment.
Do you have terms for schools?
Tell us about your project: we can raise the starting credits of an educational space.
How many free spaces can I have?
Each person can administer up to 5 spaces on the Zero plan, so the welcome credits are used to get started and not to open one space after another. Closed and paid spaces do not count, and you can always accept invitations to other spaces. If you need more for a good reason, such as a teacher with one space per class, write to us and we will raise your limit.
